• Gain deeper insights from data including limitations and appropriate uses
• Communicate complex modelling results to key business stakeholders
• Build repeatable and robust project approaches

Activities may include:

• In-depth data analysis and initial model builds
• Development of communication approaches (model explanations, report designs etc)
• Meetings to review project status, approaches and outcomes
• Training sessions covering best practices or particular skills (eg forecasting, optimisation)
• In-depth model / code reviews
