Based on learnings from 27 years and 1000's of projects we've built a modular process to Achieve Impact with AI / ML / DS
The Discovery pathway is the first step for all projects. It validates the starting point and requirements and aligns outcomes
The other pathways are standalone, or can be combined in any combination. As a rule of thumb Discovery is about 1 week and each other module is about 2 to 3 weeks.
